How It Works

A pneumatic compression pump connects to an inflatable garment worn around the affected area. The garment inflates and deflates in cycles, applying controlled pressure to help move lymphatic fluid and reduce swelling. Your healthcare provider determines whether a pump is appropriate and how it fits into your care plan.
