Continuous Passive Motion (CPM): Medicare and almost all insurance companies cover CPM for Total Knee Replacements and Revisions. Also, most insurance companies cover CPM for ACL reconstruction and other related surgeries.

Nebulizers: Almost always covered by insurance.

Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT): Almost always covered by insurance if other treatments to heal the wound have failed.
